John J.
O'Neill
Founder, Principal, Enrolled Agent
John O’Neill (Jack) founded Equity Search in 1984. Before founding Equity
Search, Jack worked with the Collection Division of the Internal Revenue
Service for 11 years, progressing from Field Revenue Officer to Chief of
Processing and Insolvency to Group Manager, and on to his final position
as Senior Technical Advisor. He was also a member of the IRS Task Force, which rewrote the Internal Revenue Service Manual on Bankruptcy and Insolvency Proceedings.

Jack serves as director on the board of a number of businesses in Western New York, and is an active investor in local businesses. He is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents and the New York Enrolled Agent Society. He holds a degree from Canisius College and is a Certified Enrolled Agent licensed to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service.
Jack operates Equity Search's Buffalo, New York headquarters in
West Seneca, NY.

William J. Fritton III
Principal, MBA, CPA
William J. Fritton III (Bill) is the principal owner of Equity
Search of Washington, D.C. Bill joined Equity Search in 1988. Bill has extensive experience in financial management, business turnaround, and creditor and IRS/State tax workout situations.

Prior to joining Equity Search, Bill served four years as CFO of a computer leasing company.
He spent 14 years in CFO and other financial positions with GTE and subsidiary operations in consumer electronics, product service and telecommunications.
Bill is a member of both the American and Virginia Societies of Certified Public
Accountants, the Turnaround Management Association and the American
Bankruptcy Institute. He is a certified public accountant in the state of Virginia. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Norwich University and an MBA from the
State University of New York at Buffalo.
Bill operates the Washington, D.C. headquarters.

William J. Fritton IV (Bill) is the principal owner of Equity Search of
Wilmington and Philadelphia, serving the regions of Southern New Jersey, Delaware and Eastern
Pennsylvania. Bill
joined Equity Search in 1991.
Bill holds
an MBA from the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of
Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College.
He is an Enrolled Agent licensed to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue service, and is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents.
He is also a Graduate Fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute.
Bill is based at the Washington, D.C. headquarters.

Timothy F. Foley (Tim) is principal of Tax Relief, Inc., an Equity Search affiliate located in
Chicago. Before expanding the Equity Search network by opening the Chicago office, Tim served as Vice President of Equity Search in Buffalo. His previous experience included Executive Vice President and Chairman of the Executive Committee for a $1.3
billion distribution company [subsidiary of Loblaws Ltd]. He has served as Chairman of the Board and Vice Chairman of the board, respectively, for Medaille college and Damon college in West New York. Tim is a fellow in the National Association of Enrolled Agents, a member of the National Association of Tax Practitioners and a certified management accountant member of the National Accounting Institute. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Canisuis College and an MBA from State University of New
York at Buffalo.
Tim is based at the Chicago, IL headquarters.
