Sandie C. Curtis, Enrolled Agent
Regional Manager, Maryland & Southern Virginia
Sandie Curtis is a Regional Manager, with oversight responsibility for Equity's offices in Maryland and Richmond, VA. Sandie has handled more than 100 individual and business cases for Equity Search clients. Prior to joining Equity Search in 1990, Sandie was Office Manager at an Industrial/Organizational Psychology firm in Atlanta.
Sandie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte. She is a Certified Enrolled Agent licensed to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service, and is a member of the National and Virginia Societies of Enrolled Agents.
David Emerick, CPA
Regional Manager, Kansas City
David Emerick (Dave) provides consulting services for Equity Search in the Kansas City area. He is President of Emerick & Company, a Certified Public Accounting firm specializing in audit, tax representation and consulting services for medium and small businesses. Dave has more than 15 years of experience in tax, accounting and business turnaround services.
Dave is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the American Society of Accountants and the Missouri Society of CPAs Peer Review West Advisory Board. He is also an Honorary Fellow of the Harry S. Truman Library. Dave is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Political Science from William Jewel College in Missouri.
Ralph Meleo, EA
Regional Manager: Rochester, NY
Ralph was employed by the Internal Revenue Service for 40 years. During his
career with the IRS he was a Revenue Officer, Offer in Compromise Examining
Specialist and Settlement Officer in Appeals. He has extensive experience
with the Offer in Compromise program. Ralph heads up our Rochester division
of Equity Search.
Ernest Neve III, CPA
Regional Consultant: Harrisburg and Philadelphia, PA
Ernest Neve (Ernie) runs the Equity Search Philadelphia and Harrisburg area offices. Ernie is President of Neve & Company. Ernie has more than ten years of diversified tax and consulting practice experience.
Ernie is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Jennifer O’Neill, MBA
Bankruptcy Research Coordinator
Jennifer O’Neill is the bankruptcy research coordinator for the Equity Search bankruptcy division. Jennifer helps find potential assets among bankruptcies for potential investors and Equity Search.
Jennifer holds a Masters in Business Administration which she received in May of 2006 from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY.
James T. Rindfleisch, Enrolled Agent
Regional Manager: Kentucky, Massachusetts, Ohio
James Rindfleisch (Jim) is the regional manager of the Equity Search offices in Ohio, Massachusetts and Kentucky. Jim has more than fourteen years of experience in helping clients resolve Internal Revenue collection problems, as well as extensive return preparation experience.
Jim is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents, New York State Society of Enrolled Agents, Ohio Enrolled Agents, Kentucky Association of Accountants and National Association of Tax Practitioners. He is an Enrolled Agent licensed to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Research from the State University of New York at Buffalo and an Associate in Applied Science Paralegal degree from Erie Community College.
Sandee Strachan
Vice President, Operations
Regional Manager: Pittsburgh
Sandee Strachan is Vice President of Operations of the Buffalo New York Headquarters. She serves as supervisor for Equity Search Regional Managers in outlying areas, and holds responsibility for overseeing the operations of the Buffalo headquarters. Sandee has more than sixteen years of key management and client experience. She studied Economics and Finance at the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Michael D. Tamsett, Enrolled Agent
Regional Manager: New Jersey, New York
Michael Tamsett (Mike) is the Regional Manager for the Equity Search offices in New York State, New Jersey, and the Pittsburgh, PA area. Mike has more than four years of experience representing taxpayers and businesses before the Internal Revenue Service and various state taxing authorities. His extensive knowledge regarding tax settlements through the Federal and State Offer In Compromise programs are an asset to Equity Search.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Legal Research from the State University of New York at Buffalo and an Associate of Arts Degree in Legal Studies from Erie Community College. He is also a member of the New York State Society of Enrolled Agents.
Daniel J. Vitello, Enrolled Agent
Regional Manager: Cleveland, Detroit, Georgia, Indiana, Milwaukee, Minneapolis
Daniel Vitello (Dan) is the Regional Manager for the Equity Search offices in Detroit, Milwaukee, Minneapolis and the state of Indiana. Dan has a thorough knowledge of representing individual tax payers and businesses before the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authorities.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Financing from the State University of New York College at Fredonia.

Keith Carlson, Marketing Coordinator
Keith serves Equity Search as coordinator in the Buffalo headquarters office, raising awareness of the company's tax resolution services throughout the area. Keith joined Equity Search in 2005.
Angie Kazukiewicz, Bookkeeper
Angie runs the day-to-day financial operations of the Equity Search Buffalo headquarters office. A valued asset to the firm, she joined the company over 15 years ago, providing support in various capacities throughout the years.
Rosemarie O'Connor, Office Manager
Rosemarie joined Tax Relief, Inc. in 1998. She previously served as customer service representative for John M. Homemakers Inc., and secretary of Lemont High School. Rosemarie holds an Associate of Arts Degree in Data Processing from Morton College.
